i think a lot about my happiness.

I'm scared at where our life has ended up, where our relationship and my mental health currently exist.

I'm finally accepting, slowly, that what needs to change is largely up to me. I can't believe how slow the changes are, but they're up to me.

One thing, I want to regain my mind from the internet and social media. I need to go back to stronger rules. No social on the phone except IG. No internet one day a week. Checking FB once a day or less. Or get off completely.

I do well for a while then get back into being online a ton. I’ve noticed that a lot of times when Jay goes to bed, I don’t even look up from my device and say good night by looking at him. It’s awful.

How can I complain about what he invests when I'm that addicted to a device or some form of entertainment.

I am not really investing in our relationship. I am treating it poorly.

I can do better.
