Many thoughts.

The delivery guy for my aunt’s house yesterday was about 50’ish. He had started work at 6:30 and dropped off our stuff at 5:30. He had a few more deliveries to go.

Soooo… that’s a pretty serious slap in the face about working hard and not complaining. He wasn’t upset or angry or looking like he was unhappy. He was just working and still chipper and still friendly and helpful. I’d have had a glass of something by then. It was humbling. I don’t have his work ethic. That’s just a fact. What do I do about that?

We had Himalayan food tonight thanks to my aunt’s flatmate who is from Nepal. It’s so tasty and interesting stories of where she’s from.

I’m trying to be on a better schedule. I’m eating slower and more thoughtfully which means I’m eating less.

Some pelvic pain.

Work.

Working on doing a better schedule for each day.
