The staff wreckage continues. Another staff member is leaving, essentially gutting our marketing department for good.
I am not sad most of these people are leaving.
We've been functioning dysfunctionally for a long time now. It's just that there were things getting done on a basic level that now just won't be. I don't know what that means.
I'm starting to interact more with the PA that regularly goes out to my parent's house. Their health insurance company hires PA's to check on their older clients. Apparently it's cheaper than having them regularly end up in ER. Makes phenomenal sense to me. I'm trying to learn more about what's happening with her health and get more involved.
I was mostly home today doing chores and keeping things going, trying to avoid work.
