Therapy today was somewhat devastating.  I cried, telling about these revelations about not living in the present, that I don’t live presently in my body. She realized what a big thing that was for me. She said it was important for me to be very compassionate to myself, to practice breathing exercises and to just read and do each day what feels right for that day. Having myself on a program is not ideal right now, like I have to get through this specific book each day, for example.

It’s 4 am and right now outside, I can hear the birds chirping. It’s the most beautiful thing and we never hear it because our world is full of other music.

I wonder if I tuned my world to the world of nature, what might happen inside me. To listen and order my world to the birds and the animals and the cycles of nature, the cycles that are part of the home I live in but don’t participte in.

Other therapy observations: Consider asking yourself at the start of each day, "What do I need today?" and "What does your body want to do today?" Not a bad idea. 

Kay said I'm only halfway there; needed to stay in the game. Be really compassionate with yourself; bring in your support team; I’ve never had that kind of support; had a felt sense of support.

I feel broken and need that support. Visualizing them and they’re providing that. Over time, new resources will develop. Feel that felt sense of nurturing and protection in the body and then do the tapping.

The sense that I’m alone all the time isn’t true. There are actually apps you can have on your phone now when you hear unreasonable things in your head (I suck, what's the point of anything, etc.), the app responds with more realistic statements that are true.  

Activated when connected to God outside of time; infinite being becomes more who I am. Lighting up more from the inside, infinite being lights up more. EMDR/LI peels from the inside. Becomes easier to connect to true essence

This is the challenge of being human. Everyone has their layers. Michael Newton says we choose the challenges as a way of growing and expanding our spiritual selves. 

We’re spiritual beings have a physical experience.

Growth happens after stress. Stress before flowering. I believe our angels communicate with us; add others to my resource team

Human needs: learning these skills/psych/mental

Infinite needs: perspective change in how view self

Feeling flooded by all these emotions

-       Take deep breaths until feel have head above water again

-       Trying to think thru when flooded and will make you crazy

-       Deep breaths will get your head above water again

During deep breathing, notice the pause. You’re not breathing, it’s not physical, you’re connecting to the divine.
