Spent this first day of the new year getting ready for a Sherlock party. Season Four, what will you hold? Decided to make paella and use the spices and new pan I picked up in Seattle last week.
I wonder what therapy will hold this year? I am intrigued to finally begin doing EMDR and see how that changes my brain, if it will or not. I am pretty shocked at the way my thoughts shifted the first time we did it together in December.
Work continues to be stressful and overall, I'm doing things but still not happy or engaged. My emotions feel flat but I'm going through the motions to keep hopefully moving toward something better.
Happy New Year? We'll see, but I'm always hopeful. I don't know what else to be.
