I’m beginning to think the stuff that happened w/ my pelvic pain is related to many, many things:
The stupid meeting mistake, didn’t hit the head in time
The Hiawatha Trail
Rolling inside of legs/pelvis on foam roller
The DO using the compression hammer near my sacrum
The PT person does feel my pudendal nerve may be involved. She’s told me to back off on these activities that could trigger it. It seems like it’s been a very strange combination of proctitis, old pain and new pudendal nerve pain.
What a true cluster fuck.
I think if I am calm emotionally and mentally, this can slowly go away with rest and the therapy and strengthening.
It feels good to be hopeful that this might improve and be gone eventually.
We leave for LA tomorrow. I don’t know how this is all going to work, but I’m going to go.
