19 Week 14

In yoga this morning, the phrase “I’m safe” came to my mind as I was trying to connect into my body and divine soul and God inside me. Then walking, the other phrase, “I’m strong” also came.

I need to live into strength and power and joy. I have felt weak and uncertain much of my life.

The people who live here and own our favorite place to stay, they do some incredibly fun stuff. They just do. They’re relaxed and have fun. John said it’s about self-reliance and attitude which he said men do tend to have more of in general when I made that observation. He said I need to hang out with different women who might do more of these things I’m interested in. I agree, but I have to keep believing I’m safe and strong and live into that, pick things that represent that and stretch me.

Yoga is really building my core strength and flexibility. I am feeling stronger and more confident in my body. It feels amazing, like I can withstand some of the shit that life is handing right now w/ my folks and some of the biz stress.

Safe. Strong.
