17 Week 4

We spent the weekend touring SD including an epic whale-watching trip that left from the SD wharf, a walk around Balboa Park, more seafood, farmer's markets, walks, sunsets, stars, the moon and beach time.

Dolphins rode the bow of the whale-watching boat we were on. Researchers have studied this phenomenon of dolphins cruising in front of the energy of the boat. They have concluded they do it, because they love it. That's it. No other reason.

And we think we're so evolved.

Highlights:

- Mood has lightened as we have been away from work, with friends, surrounded by beauty

- We are complex creatures that have specific needs. When those needs aren't met, we flounder. I need more intimacy, lightness, community, purpose, connection with my partner and less stress

To Do:

- Decisions need to be made and finalized regarding the business

- Carve out more time for fun
